Terms of Service

1. Scope of Engagement

All digital services provided by GrowBoss, including website development, mobile app creation, branding, performance advertising, and AI automation, are delivered under a formal written proposal agreed upon by both parties prior to the commencement of work.

Any scope changes or additional features requested after the project brief has been confirmed will be subject to a revised proposal and additional capital requirements.

2. Payment & Milestone Architecture

Standard payment structure is 50% upfront to commence engineering operations, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery of the final deliverable. For retainer-based services, billing is processed monthly in advance.

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable GST. International clients will be billed in USD at the prevailing exchange rate.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives complete ownership of all custom-built digital assets. GrowBoss retains the right to feature completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is explicitly requested and signed.

4. Delivery & Revisions

All timelines are communicated in the project proposal and are contingent on timely provision of required materials (content, brand assets, API credentials) from the client. Project timelines restart if client-side delays exceed 7 business days.

Each project tier includes a defined number of revision cycles. Revisions beyond this scope are billed at our standard hourly consulting rate.

5. Limitation of Liability

GrowBoss is not liable for business outcomes, revenue fluctuations, or market performance resulting from the deployment of any digital assets. We guarantee technical delivery as per the agreed specification, but cannot guarantee specific business results which are dependent on external market forces.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
